Hello Colonel (or David?) Thanks for the notes and sense of humor. I have updated the post accordingly to fix the inaccurate information. Thank you DB.

Would like to point out that the Adelaide address was Holland Street, THEBARTON… named after my old home THEBARTON HALL back in pommyland.. pronounced theb -berton in these parts.

So often pronounced “The Barton” by those in the other colonies east of here, it’s beginning to catch on….
God save King William and Queen Adelaide !

No Way! That’s soo cool.
I have not progressed much on my rebuilds. I got 2 up and running. One as a mower and the other as a verti-cutter.
If you ever want to sell it let me know. Having two consecutive numbers would be pretty bloody cool!

I think there are a few guys on the forums that could give you more info about that mower. I guess it would have similar history to mine.

Speak soon.

Just found your page looking for info to identify a mower I just got so I could salvage the clutch for another mower.
Checked the ID plate and mine has all paint removed but it is stamped, 45058 214 0333.
The next mower off the line after yours.

Hey Chris, I did replace the old 3hp B&S with this TWM 6.5Hp. The only problem is that I had to purchase a new clutch half to suit the shaft on this mower. Alternatives to this are the newer Briggs motors, check out this place for some ideas. But yea, def identify your clutch half size so you can ensure you get the right shaft. (3/4″ keyed or 5/8″ Keyed)
